the newer phase is nice but that all goes out the window when you can hear everything about your neighbors from using the bathroom, closing there doors, to the every conversation and if you complain nothing is done. especially if there is a person playing rock band instruments around you at late hours in the night. Also it says its gated but there is no "guest gate" so if you are a resident you will have to wait in line with the rest to get in and sometimes that line can back up to the street but at the current moment the gate has been broken for a while because people always try to follow someone in and we haven't been told when this gate will be fixed..so cops are always here because something crazy happens....car break ins, someone robbed with a weapon in an apartment and now the broken gate (See pic) i hate it and i cant believe i just pretty much pissed away thousands of dollars here
with all these new apartments i would test to see how hollow the walls are and etc and ask about if there is insulation or soundproofing etc because these things are built fast and CHEAP
mostly students who live here if you are working professional run...noise around you no time for sleep for work

I do agree. The gate is always broken and you do hear everything. I live on the 2nd floor and hear the neighbors above me yelling at their TV and the people below blasting their music. And please don't let them fool you that the "new phase" is new...if it was new in '08 why still try to convince people that it is new in '11?!
