Auston woods has been great. They do a great job of keeping up the place, they cut the grass at least twice a week, its really nice.
In fact, I am looking for someone to take over my apartment. I have one of the brand new ones. New everything washer/dryer, dark cabinets, big tubs. I have the "dilworth" its a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1013 sq ft. I can send you pictures. If you take over, I'll pay for your aplication fee, which I think was 75 bucks or maybe 95 I cant remember.

Hello there. I wish I could help out but I'm in the market for a 1 bedroom. BUT...could you read my question and give me your opinion please. There wasn't even a kitchen pantry. My current apartment has space for all the things I mentioned and I do not know wherre I would put them if i moved here. Sorry if I sound like a whiner, but this is stuff that somes with most other apartments.

Thats is exactly why choose the 2 bedroom. We heavily considered the 1 bedroom, but just like yous said, there is just a huge lack of storage space. With the extra closet, the larger washer/dryer room, and the 2nd bathroom, that resolved it. Personally, if you can affoard the 2 bedroom, I would strogly consider it as I lived in a 1 bedroom before this and I just wont go back, its worth the extra money to me. Plus its really nice having that second bathroomn for just guest. With that said, if you would consider taking my lease, I would be more than happy to give you 100 bucks and a 32" Sony Trinitron TV. How are you doing, now im not sure if you've actually found someone to take over your lease yet, but I actually am about to apply for a two bedroom. I recently viewed the two bedrooms, and i am interested in your offer if available. I am a student of JCSU and this would be a great deal. How much is the rent for your apartment because they told me it would be actually $717 am month, but the apartment will not be ready unitl august, and I prefer to move in much sooner.
