First off, I do not work for Autumn Park but I was a tenant for 3 years. I loved it. I loved my apartment, the grounds, the leasing agents, etc. The grounds are really well kept up. I always had good neighbors. You can't control who is moving in our out and with all things change can and will happen including who is moving in. I never had a problem with my neighbors. I would always appologize to my downstairs neighbors when I would see them because I had a busy baby, but they would always tell me it didn't bother them and not to worry about it, and that kids are kids. I met some really great people there. I only moved because of circumstances. Other than that I would have stayed and moved to a bigger floor plan. My only real complaint is that people didn't clean up after thier dogs. No where is perfect and will meet your every desired, but this place is truly a great place to live. Ask for avalible apartments on the newer side...the bath tubs are better.
