Rude staff and management even the info letters are rude

One example of the info letters rudeness is that I have recieved a letter informing all the tenants about rent due policy.
It starts like this. "Rent is due 1st of every month rain or shine."
My patio needs some repair works I have been iforming the staff for last 4 months everytime I visit them to pay my rent . It has not been repaired and is an eyesore.
I wanted to see the manager and was told that I need an appointment to see her. So I requested the staff on duty to set up an appointment I was given an appointme for the following Monday morning. I took a few hours off of my work and went to the office and was told that the manager cannot see becuase she has another appointment. The staff person who setup the appointmet did not know about it so she mistaken has setup the appointment. The irony is that she is my neighbor and did not have the courtesy to tell me about it.
Breakins in the cars are frequent.
The staff at the office can learn form the maintenance staff they are very nice , courteous and know what they are doing. They try to to keep the place in good shape.
