I moved here from a nearby city , so I was already aware of Autumn Park and had always thought that it would be a nice place to live, but I was sadly mistaken! The first 2 or 3 mos I was here I was accused of owing the apt complex money that I KNOW I didn't owe b/c I had never paid my rent after the 1st, and was well aware that they were mistaken. There was an extremely rude letter left on my door to come to the office(and when I got there no one was able to tell me anything!!!)followed up by an extremely rude phone call from someone on the staff. When I offered to come back in and show all of my cancelled checks and go over my lease(b/c I was accused of only paying part of my rent) I was cut short and told that I would have to be called back. The rude woman did call back and say that I DID NOT owe the money without so much as an apology!!! Apparently, that happens a lot here b/c there was already someone in the office concerning a letter that she received when I went there initially, and she was quite angry and said that she was tired of the notices (that are wrong) being delivered to her every few months. Autumn Park should take this advice...GET SOME NEW ACCOUNTANTS...WHO CAN ACTUALLY DO MATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and some other points...the crime and noise over here is unbearable and the place where I have to go to check my mail looks like something out of Friday the 13th!!!!!!!!! This place sucks!
