Terrible place

We have lived here for over 4 years, and each year we have seen the place get progessively worse. The crime rate has skyrocketed, the noise level is a 24-7 party complete with stereo bass shaking the walls, breezeway parties, and endless shouting and whooping. The management is rude, uncaring, and highly ineffectual. Don't do it, esspecially with the market being so saturated.
