I have lived here for the past 7 months, the grounds are nice and well taken care of. However, if you like to hear people above you trampling around above and next door to you-this sure is the place for you! We live on a first floor one bedroom apartment, its very nice inside-nicest one we found in the area. There are about 4 people who live above us (2 adults and about 2 kids) in the SAME size (ONE BEDROOM, DIDNT KNOW THAT WAS ALLOWED!!!!) apartment who CONSTANTLY stomp around, un-supervised, bounce basketballs, scream, run and are NEVER still. We have complained about this situation many times and still nothing has happened, the staff does not seem to care. They said they would send a letter to them, i'm not quite sure they ever did. The neighbors even throw garbage bags, trash and cigarette butts over their balconies and it always ends up on our porch. There are kids running around in the streets and in the pools, on thier bikes, not paying attention and clearly un-supervised. My fiancee's car has been broken into 10 feet from our own door, the repo-man is always seen in the neighborhood. There are huge dogs all over, clearly breeds that are not allowed on the premesis. I think this place has gone downhill and will continue to. Also, beware of people coming to the pool who do not live in the complex-especially kids.
Overall, the grounds are great, and they're nice apartments, but way too loud and too many kids. Great for families, but if you're young and looking for peace and quiet and people in your age bracket, look elsewhere!
