Can't this place ever improve'

I lived in Autumn park for about two years a couple of years ago. The grounds were pretty and apartments are OK, but the management staff were very unhelpful. I moved to other apartment not as nice but had a much more positive experience. I was searching for apartment for friends and happened to read the recent reviews - worse, I have to say - can't this place ever improve at all'
During my stay there, my roommates car was bashed twice, her stuff in the storage were stolen three times, and my car was stolen from there. Buglary and robbery weren't the only crime there. The management don't care. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless if they have no belongings and no cars but their work is in the walking distance vicinity, and they can be pretty much gone in the day, and don't go out at night.
It is such a shame to witness a nice property deterioriate because of improper management.
