I live in Autumn Park CURRENTLY (usually an important factor in reviewing a place well) and have had ZERO of the problems mentioned in these other reviews. I usually don't post on these things but after seeing this place made out to be the worst complex I had to make sure to give an honest review. I live in a 1 bedroom with a study that is GORGEOUS. I will review my building since that is what I know. My building is filled with families mostly all quiet, polite, respectful, and understanding. I have not had 1 single problem with my neighbors and have not seen "the repo man" like that has anything to do with how an apartment complex is. The Landscaping is the BEST I have seen in the charlotte area and is kept up to high standards. I have not had to deal with the office or service personel that much, but from my experiences and what I was told by another one of my friends who lives here, they are more then helpful. The office stays current on any crime or security issues in the area and put out a notice that cars were being broken into. This happened a while back now, I have not had any problems ::knock on wood:: but in my opinion that has nothing to do with the apartment complex since it won't be your neighbors that are breaking in. The rates for the apartments are more than fair and either compete with or beat the other complexes in the area. About the dog comment, I own a Doberman that is of decent size, she was cleared with the office when I moved in and is not on their banned breeds list, maybe the other reviewer should check that list to find out what dogs are actually not allowed. Also, my dog is very friendly and has not hurt any living thing, on the other hand she does tend to destroy rawhide bones. Well that's it for my review, I've had nothing but a great experience here so far, I will get my friend to post a review as well since he lives here also and has not had ANY problems either.
