This is one of the worst apartments hands down in its area. I have been tortured by the loud obnoxious music the neighbors below me insist on playing at the most awkward times of the day and the loud music that the HOOD-RAISED people play while washing their cars in the car wash. No respect whatsoever. There is no need for someone 2 floors above you to be able to play the game "name that tune" using the music played on your stereo. I have let management know of this situation more than once to no avail. If you are 18 and this is your 1st apartment it maybe for you, not recommended for a mature crowd. I have never looked more forward to renting a U-Haul and getting THE HELL OUT OF DODGE!!!!!
