During my lease I noticed the quality of tenants was dropping. (More loud music, more immigrants packed 4-5 to an apartment.) It's a shame; this was apparently intended to be a nicer place for office workers near IBM and Wachovia. My own apartment was not bad, but I had insisted on getting one on the 3rd floor, on the corner, in the rear of the building... to eliminate as much noise as possible. The "bashing" is getting out-of-hand on here, but I agree with the overall point being made. Nice grounds, good location, spacious apartments... but poor quality neighbors. I will say that the office staff was helpful and nice to me at least, and I got my deposit back with no hassle. They even offered to let me renew the lease for less than I'd originally signed for. (Perhaps an indication they realize there is a problem... and the quiet, prompt-paying tenants are leaking away...)

"Immigrants packed four to five to an apartment"...That's the size of a normal family...I think that comment is a bit rude. Autumn Park is known to have a lot of immigrants, many of whom work at IBM and the surrounding companies.
