I will say that the apts are roomy and in an overall good condition, although the quality of the neighbors is horrible. The maintenence staff is very lazy and not very good. The complex offers a car washing area but they take the hoses down without notice and will not put them back up even when asked. The office was very unhelpful. They never put our code into the computer system therefore we were denyed access to the laundry and workout room for the first four months of our lease. When the repaving was taking place we couldn't get into the apt through the back entrance. I would definately not recommend selecting autumn park as your residence. I certainly will not at the end of this lease.

they had to repave the entire apartment complex. this person could drive around through the front entrance. it might have taken them an extra five minutes but i think this person just likes to complain.

Yes there are TWO entrances to autumn park big whoop! They take the hoses down in the winter b/c they freeze anyway! There is ONE code everyone uses to get access to gym and laundry. I dont know what he talkin about

People should be happy that they were willing to spend that kind of money to upgrade the property. We take alot of pride in how this community looks and if upkeep is this persons complaint, then it is a problem that we are happy to have.

The paving was not a problem. It was for a couple of hours one day! big deal. It also looks very nice. Ya, and the hoses are only taken down for winter because they will freeze.
