place is good to live..but the worst part is the leasing agents and manager behaviour..they are pretty rude and inflexible unlike other apt complexes...dont give a honest picture to tenants...and also charge a bit more than the other complexes in the area..not sure if there is a way to complain about the current staff and manager.

Everytime I've been in the office I've witnessed residents giving the staff a hard time. They do not have a lot of empty apartments available, so I guess that is why they charge more. Supply and demand? Seems like this response is just from someone who could not negotiate their way... it's not a car lot!
