This complex is the worst in charlotte.
I am a resident here and know the complex very well.
The common area for car Park is unsafe.The complex has no responsiblity for resident belongings.
The office staff is the rudest American people I have met in my life.They treat you like dirt.If somebody needs to come here I am ready to give my apartment in 200 dollars less.

While we are talking about giving addresses, how about you give yours? Don't be so fast to assume that just because there is a good rating that is the office staff. I live in one of the 2 bedrooms with the attached garage and I love it there and have never had a problem with the staff.

I am also a resident Living here and the experience to live here is nice,But I strongly dis agree that the office staff is OK.They are pretty rude.You should just speak to Amanda and she is the worst
