iam leaving here from a long time iam happy before 8months back but when the new manegment came ,thes epeople r not talking properly ,they are changeing rates as per there wish ,they r very rude when i went to extende my lease they hike my rent toooo much when i ask why they replied roughly if u sign now this is the rent areelse we will hike more after an hour if u wish u stay re else ur wish,and if u call mangement for ny problem 1st of all it will go to answering mec or they will say this is not a major problem we will come with in 48 hours or 24 hours .This is the way of this apartment .
The 42% rating also very high for this u can give 20% .Please think thirce when ur entering this apartment ,once u enter ur in hell .
