Pleasant Experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've had no problems with the property management here and the experience I've had with the new maintenance manager was fantastic. She's professional and got all the little things we needed fixed immediately and explained in detail what was done. The grounds are gorgeous and for the most part the tenants are polite. You're always going to have that one college student who thinks it's ok to come in making a huge racket at 3am or that guy with the dog who lets it poop everywhere but you can't avoid that anywhere. My only pet peeve is the lack of enforcement of the "no trash left outside your door" rule. I hate walking past other people's stinky garbage each morning.
