I moved here in January 2007. On move in day, I asked for the balcony railing to be painted because their was large bare spots where the paint had peeled off and the wood looked as if it was starting to get dry rot. Fungus was growing from the cracks. It took many requests and 8 months to get this painted and then the maintenance worker just painted over the top of the railing, fungus and all.

Neighbor has created an eyesore on his balcony of which had it been there when i was looking I would not have rented this apartment. This is clearly against the lease and I have reported it for 7 months now.

Another lease violation is inoperable cars in the parking lot. There is a car been sitting here for several months on blocks and covered with a tarp.

Most of the summer we were able to leave the windows up since it was a cool summer. In late July when the heat wave started, we had to turn on the AC. We have been unable to get cool air in into the master bedroom. We were told by maintenance to close vents in all the other rooms to force the air back there. We tried this but still no air.

Some other neighbors moved out this weekend. He told me his freezer has not worked for several months. He had mentioned it several times but no response. Less than a week before his moving day, they brought him a new one. He also got no response when he mentioned a mouse in his apartment.

I signed a 15 month lease and will be leaving at the end of the lease.
