When we go and talk to them for any thing reg the apartment lease etc. for the current residents they never show any courtey..no smiling face.. always talk rudely.. they talk like if you like you stay or you can vacate like that... I never saw this kind of rude staff in any office in the united states. Hope GOD will give some sense to talk nicely with the residents. I felt even in the hell they may talk nicer than this staff.

the office is really, really, really rude!! But i have lived here to 2 years and have felt safe and never had a problem with noise or breakins. As long as you dont need to talk to the office its a great placee to live
