Most people tend to move to this community because either they have their office collegues or may be friends who are already living here, or because it looks clean and well maintained and business establishments are nearby and a lot of working professionals live here. But what most people dont know before they rent here is that there have been many cases of reported breakins and stolen/broken-into cars and even a couple of assaults for robbery. I have seen and heard first-hand accounts of all these in the past 9 months that I have lived here and I am moving out of this apartments just for this safety concerns and I dont feel safe here anymore. I would definitely NOT recommend this Autumn Park apartments to anyone.

i agree dude, i too faced many problem with this rude office staff and had an very unpleasent experience of my stay in Autumn park.

Please advise what complex you move into so that we can all move since it sounds as if you are leaving just because of the crime incidents. I guarantee that you will probably leave there also since crime is everywhere. Have faith in GOD and if you still feel unsafe, get a gun or a dog.
