I have been with autumn park for 18 month only because i have my friends around there.
The office people are so arrogant and have no courtesy to residents. I have been paying my rent on-date for last 18 months. This month I went and hand over my check to one of the employee at the office on 5th on the month. She miss placed and dropped the check on the box 2 days later. They charged me $80 as late fee . I tried to discuss with them, but they were so arrogant and I realized what a bad attitude they have towards the residents. Then onwards I get receipt for any payment I make to them. I got the receipt for the late fee too. Please if you are a resident, please get receipt. If you are not a resident, good, these are not the people you have to deal with.
My friend vacated the house on Augest'07. They have not settled him the deposit amount till now(4 months).he moved to Dallas,TX. When he calls them, they have no courtesy to give him correct status/information. When they have no courtesy to the residents how can an Ex-resident expect that'

i agree. new staff is very rude. has gone downhill fast. these people have no clue!
