Autumn is the worst place to live in charlotte. It is more than a hell. People cannot walk inside the appartment when it became dark, so much unsafe this place. So many gun point robbery incident has happened. So many house burglarly incident has happened, appartment management is not even ready to take any step to secure the safety of the residents. Adding to this there was robbery happened in the fitness center of the appartment complex (which was opened only 2 weeks back after almost 3 months ) during xmas eve. Imagine how much unsafe the place would be. With so many security incidents are happening, the appartment management don't even alert the residents and inform them that these security incidents happen in the recent times. We come to know all these things through our friends and colleagues living in the appartment. I would prefer not even my worst enemy to consider this appartment whatever may be the circumstance. Also rent for this appartment is too costly and they don't even provide washer and dryer. We have few common one's near the leasing office, where many will not work even though we put money in the machine.
