Don't let these obnoxious people deter you from renting A Autumn Park. I just renewed my lease here so this is going on my 2nd year. Yes, there have been a number of crimes incidents but can you tell me one place that there isn't' Make the best of your stay, mind your own business and keep faith in GOD and you will be just fine. If you feel unsafe, get a gun like I did. Originally being from NY, crime here doesn't scare me. The office staff members are excellent! Those with gripes are probably the same ones that you can never please and always need something to complain about. The rent is comparable to all other rents in the University area and yes, the rate will increase slightly when time for renewal. These are the facts and this happens at every apartment complex. The grounds are well kept, everytime I call for service, they are the next business day. I agree about the fitness center comments and it is true about that crime that took place after being opened for only 1 a month but if you can show me a complex where crime does not happen, than that is where you need to move.

Well, compare the crime and it happens at an alarmingly higher rate at Autumn Park than elsewhere. Nobody's is saying there are crime-free apartments elsewhere. It is very easy to call some others obnoxious because they did not share your view, but I know a fair number of people who have every reason to be so. You may be entitled to keep a gun, but many would not be allowed to do so being foreigners ("Aliens" like the US govt. would put it). And many of us would like not to be in a situation that requires its use !!! Are you suggesting that all the robbery victims at Autumn Park did not mind their business or did not have faith in God? Come on, don't pass off your biased opinions as facts. When you leave things to God it shows what the state of that place is!!

All these people are preperty manager. no one is a residents. They are writing and misleading people.Highly unsafe. And management doesnot care about the safety.If you report any crime they behave as it is very normal and start comparing with other apartrments where they can find some crime. If you are really in need you can stay here. Certainly family people don't stay here.
