I was in Autumn park for 2 years, have heard of several instances on people robbing at the Gun point. Theft in the house, loosing laptops and other valuable items.
I was still ignoring that and finally i was the victim, My house was robbed during Dec 2007 and i lost my Laptop, Music player and some clothes too (New ones).
Autump park management doesnt want to take any actions at all on the security aspects.

What do you want them to do for security? Hold your hand every time you leave your house?, stand guard at your door when you're not home? Be serious, you live in a metro area. Crime happens everywhere genious. I'm sure they gave you letters giving you awareness of the crime around the community and in the other neighboring apartments. Nobody anywhere can guarantee your safety and if they say they can, then they are lying to you.

This is happend very rarly in other community. But in Autumn this is very common..

I am not surprised at the first response to this post...Most definitely, you are one of the Management...You know what, go to cmpd.org , check crime statistics for other areas in Charlotte and Autumn park, and then comment.....Please do not undermine this, if not now, this will be the downfall of this good community if folks like you continue to ignore this...

Even better. Be like me, a responsible, registered concealed hand gun permit carrier. I welcome anyone who would like to rob me as I walk to get my mail in the evening. You will leave with a 45mm hole in you as I walk back to my residence. Protect yourself at all times.

Autumn park apts is not really safe but living here and facilities i would give 8/10. Management is very rigid on rules and sometimes do not even care the genuine issues. Safty is problem in all the apartments around this place. but autom park is kind of a bigger and open both sided so robbery is kinda a common thing here. i guess we get those letters from management again before we forget the last one :) would not held management responsible for that though
