The apartments themselves are large and decently maintained for the age they were built in. The maintenance staff is pretty spot on and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. The grounds are very nice and well maintained (beside the dog droppings that are not cleaned up, by I don't blame that on management).
The crime is horrible. Do not believe any review you read that says its not. The office staff is somewhat attentive, but very rude. The amenities (gym, pool, car wash) are great when the are open and working.
I wouldn't have any problems suggesting this complex to single men who have Chuck Norris like fighting skills, families maybe not.
