The office staff does not try to assist with fees and payments. They just say it's policy. I can guarantee that my one bedroom apartment is not worth more than a monthly house mortgage. No flexibility. I was a very good tenant. My car even got broken into. They try to cheat you every which way they can. The place is always smelling like curry. The people living there are constantly walking and just staring very rudely. This place has got to be one of the worst areas ever.
