Changing Dynamics in Autumn Park

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
When I first moved into Autumn Park back in 1999 it was a very nice place to stay. The grounds, club house, pools were very well maintained and there was very little outside noise to speak of. However, as the years went by, so did the overall quality of life became the norm. As stated earlier in many posts, I too eventually began to have noise problems with neighbors both next door and above me. The deterioration of the complex really accelerated in 2002 when Solectron, and IBM laid off many workers, of who a vast majority lived in Autumn Park. Now comes the problem with management on how to fill the vacant apartments. I personally had a person in the management staff to not credit my leasing account for which I was paying regular/timely payments and I subsequently lost $2,000.00. I later moved away from the apartment complex before the "hood rat" invasion began. I'm not saying this to be racist, it is just a social economic fact of life
