I moved here last year and to my surprise was completely disappointed in this place. First I have to mention the very curt and shady property manager Cindy (all she wants is your money), the maintenance staff is ok (Sonny is cool though), and the apartments are way overpriced for what you get.

I pay $650 for NO amenities what so ever. I have no washer/dryer, no real scenery, and lets not forget the train that blows by everyday throughout the day. Parking is dreadful. There are all these empty apartments; where do all these cars come from' Some nights I have to park 2 or 3 buildings away.

And if these apartments are SO great where is a waiting list' Why are they empty all time' I see more people moving in than out.

I must say the people who wrote positive things about this place must have been living here with blinders and earplugs on because this is definitely to be desired by even the most desperate apartment seeker.

All in all don't even bother to waste your time because they will lie about the train; and let's face it you can go down the road and get something better for your mighty dollar.
