I have friends that used to live there and visited quite frequently. There were never any moped gangs.

Sounds as if someone has WAY too much time on their hands!

I only ever heard of the occasional car being stolen or broken into. Wow, what a surprise in Charlotte!

I recommend that this jerk put his penmanship to use for a more nobel and WORTHWHILE purpose.
