Lived here since the opening of Barrington Place, Cerca 1999. As Interest rates slowly declined after the implosion of the stock market it became very attractive to buy a home instead of rent here at Barrington Place. Now, with the economy in full gear and interest rates rising, I am kicking myself in the ass.
Moral of the story: The Bandanas rule, Moped racing is becoming a very popular pastime, and I would never leave Barrington place. The safety and convenience of having a Vigil-Anti gang patroling at all hours and having view a beutiful view from my "sun room" to overlook the sunday evening races.... Priceless.
Say good buy to real estate investment and hello to Father Barrington.
