I have lived here since cindy cut the ribbon during the opening ceremony in april of 1999. Since then, both of my roommates have had their cars stolen from here. I love this place! All sorts of freaks walking around at odd hours of the night and morning. Pervs, pivoting around the poolhouse looking to take our young girls away. Once again, I love this place! Let's not forget the freeking moped gang, I don't even want to get started. It is wonderful trying to drive into a gated community and finding a gang of vigilante moped riders... only in charlotte nc, and only in Barrington place. I love this freekin place. I can't wait until they change the name to Pedro's Place. Pedro "El Diablo" Gustavez will inevitably occupy this place when his crew grows a few more inches and trade in their ten speeds for choppers. Go to hell Pedro!!!!!!!! and the rest of those freekin four foot tall moped riders!!!!!!!! And why the hell would you name your gang the bandanas' Don't let their vigilante front fool you. Crime is at an all time high and Pedro is planning to turn the clubhouse into a freakin restaurant/moped accesory store. I can't wait unti that opens. Why I live here, god only knows. Maybe the bandanas make my 5'6 build look tall'
