The noise is out of control

We moved here because of the "Quiet time" which this complex was supposed to honor and inforce between 10am and 10pm. We are kept up every night with people talking or should I say yelling in the walkways and parking lots. Now, this morning at around 8:30 someone woke us up with Spanish Music playing so loudly that even after giving up on the much needed sleep we wanted, even after turning on our tv to try to drowned out the noice it not only drowned out our tv but got louder! And from recent experience the most likely solution to this will be notes on the doors! You tell me, how does that help' BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
