I have lived here for 3 years and have seen it transform from nice apartments to ghetto fabulous apartments. We have not had any break ins, attempted rapes or assaults in the past 4 months because those particular gang members now live in our community. I am currently beating on my neighbors wall to get them to turn their rap music down. The staff is very courteous and friendly especially when they send out notices about people jumping out of the bushes and attempting to rape residents. They tried to get me to stay here another year by offering me a free shower curtain rod.

I work third shift and come home to the security guard watching movies or sleeping in his patrol car next to the mail boxes. The staff was notified yet this made the security guard go away completley because I never see him anymore.

If you are planning to move in test feel the pool water first you will be disgusted, by the greasy repulsive texture of the water. Three weeks ago the pool water was neon green for a week. The only way to open a gate in this place is to ram it with your car.

You are conveniently located next to the busiest railroad and highway in charlotte. I will not allow my girlfriend to walk outside by herself at night especially since she has to park 1/2 a mile away.

I wish I was overexaggerating with this review however this is the God's honest truth.
