WATER LEAKS, WATER LEAKS AND MORE WATER LEAKS and along came the bugs. within the first twoo weeks of living here. The maintenance is horrible. I think they have a 3 times a charm policy. They dont care about their tenants. i had to stay up til 2 am and clean up a flood in my laundry room and kitchen since maintenance couldn't fix the leak for the third time. And a week later i was in the same situation.They gave us all these broken promises like money off rent, repair wall and treat for mold. and security sucks because someone broke into my vehicle and walked off with my golf clubs unseen.
