I like the apartment, but the staffs are ignorance. Especially, that unfriendly woman, Carmell or Carmen. She's very rude, very obnoxious, loves giving tenants rude look. Everytime I come to the office, she always gives me this very rude and weird/mean look. I DO NOT like her at all. Oh, not to mention, when I call and she picks up, she doesn't sound too patient and always raise her voice. When I asked her about something, she said that it's all written in the lease. She also said that when we first moved in, they already asked us to write that down already, and I said "no you guys didn't say anything about it" then she got mad and put me on hold and came back didn't apologize or anything went ahead asked what do I want to put down on the lease! WTF'''

She seems to have a racist problem. Even when my friend came in, she would give her the same look. Maybe to you she rocks, but not to us. And my comment does make sense to me.

FROM THE STAFF: First of all if you have a problem with CARMEEL then you should say that, not that ALL of us are "ignorance". Also, we apologize if we come off as rude or racist, we do sometimes have bad days just like everyone else.

Carmeel or whatever her name is gave me the absolute worst first impression I've ever gotten in my life!!! This was the first complex I went to searching for a new apt. She was rude when I walked in, she never explained anything about the complex amenities,I had to ask about everything. She has a piss poor attitude and If she was ever to be a sales associate to bring in renters this is not the job for her. She actually made my family feel uncomfortable as well. I could not understand why she had such a mad and disgusted attitude, totally unfriendly,very very unaproachable. I told my sister after the first viewing, " I'm not living here if this woman works here..... we left and I will tell everyone I meet to stay away from this comlex, I wonder if management is aware of the staff's actions?
