I've lived at Timber Creek for about 8 months now. My experience there has been ok. Some of the ups about the property is that parking isn't an issue and the leasing staff is very professional and courteous. As far as the the security in the property it's very questionable. Your apartment is not in trouble of being broken into but your vehicle is definately a target. They have a gated property but any stranger can get through the gate if they just wait for someone who lives there to come by, a thief can easily get in. I've heard a number of stories from people whose had their cars broken into, including my own. They need a way of marking residents cars and visitors cars. It's not comforting walking outside every morning wondering if your car was broken into overnight. I've also had a problem with my AC since the day i moved in and still to this day it is not working correctly. Also the walls are very thin and neighbors are easily heard. Overall i would think twice about moving here.
