Lived here for 5 months. The worst problem is the noise the people upstairs make. Every little thing that drops, I can hear loud and clearly as if I was in their apartment. There's this rolling sound I hear everyday, like a bowling ball. When they walk, they are stomping, their stupid dog barks every time their front door opens. Everytime someone opens the metal sliding closet door, I hear it in my bedroom. It's absolutely rediculous. I don't get enough sleep, so I wake up whenever they wake up. I swear they do not have carpeting! They have pets! When you have pets, carpeting is removed. How can the management allow them to have pets upstairs!'

Let me list the other problems.
-Toilet bowl gets brown and black every 3 weeks, due to sewage problems.
-Water bill is over $80 every month, due to broken meter, don't expect it to be fixed. So I just pay $25, even though I know my usual water bill from other places were less.
-Asked to have 2 things fixed since move in, they were never fixed.
-Seen roach feces up inside the ceiling light socket, between hidden gaps...etc. They'll just paint right over it...
-Walls, ceilings, paper-thin

Crime hasn't hit me yet. Trying to decide whether to break the lease or not...should of read reviews here first before renting this place. I would not have chosen this place.
