This apartment community is less than substandard. I moved into a studio apartment here until building my house. The apartment was $540.00, and they MADE you have their cable included. Overall, despite the age of the unit, the price wasn't bad-at least that's what I thought up front. However, one day I came home to my furniture COMPLETELY moved around the apt., only to find the hot water heater had blown up while I was out of town, and my apt. flooded. They moved my couch on top of my bed, etc., and did not come back to help me move my furniture back. They also promised to help me move my trashcan, which THEY filled with water, but they never did that. They refused for a period of weeks-to come back and clean up the mold that began to grow on the wall, the closet door they broke, and the soaked carpets. After they finally remedied the problem, it happend again (less than one month afterward). They finally came to fix the 2nd flood, and then, the air conditioner started leaking, and they have been to the apt 2 times to fix that, and it still doesn't work. Mold continues to grow. My suggestion: pay a little extra, and stay AWAY from Camden. Their remedy for teh problem was a "Sorry for your inconvenience" note and a new trashcan. What about the other floods that I continue to experience' STAY AWAY!!!!!
