I've heard tons of complaints about this complex but the only major issue I've had is my kitchen is too small!! Camden has sold it to Beacon, who is fixing the gate, undoubtedly so they can raise the rent. Right after it was sold the landscaping went all to ---- and I couldn't walk down the walkway stairs to my apt. They seem to have corrected this since. The stairwells are a bit dirty and are in need of pressure washing, but I've had few problems and most concerns have been taken care of promptly. Spring-fall I have a lovely view of green out my window. I don't hear too much from my neighbors. Parking is generally ok except for the guy with 4 vans that insists parking all of them in front of his building which is in the corner of the lot. I love the location and the pool stayed clean all summer and was very quiet during the day. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I hate to move but the kitchens are just too little for someone who likes to cook!
