I am recently married as of 8/30/09. My wife and I decided to live here because of the great proximity to downtown and south park mall. The area is great and is centrally located. Rents are cheap and were trying to save money, so that s great. We made our apartment immaculate, everybody loves it. We just brought a little puppy home and this property has great areas for him to play fetch. It s like housing inside of a park. Daniel who speaks Spanish made my wife feel right at home. Maintenance will come out 24 hours a day and the office staff is extremely helpful. We have really considered living here for another year as we save money to buy a house. We would highly recommend!

Not sure I would trust this person's response since he is "recently married as of 8/30/09". Plus, it appears as though he just moved in. We'll see how he feels next month... We actually just found some new mold growing in our closet, toilet and living room ceiling. The health dept said mold could kill us within a week. We called Beacon about it last week. They are still working on it....
