I moved into Beacon Timber Creek during the summer of 2008. From the get-go, my neighbors were friendly, the staff was even friendly as well. There were several break-ins to cars and whatnot since I've been there, but that's one main reason I don't keep anything in my car. Have fun stealing nothing from my car. haha
Anyway...there definitely is a bug problem. They are all over the place. Outside, you open the door and 400 mosquitoes come into your place.
As far as the gate goes, it was a good idea at the time. They should have just thought it through a little bit more. What if someone messes it up' How are you going to catch them' Now they have security cameras, which is a great idea. Someone tries to sneak through and hits the gate' Guess what' They have you on video. Maybe you will use a little bit of common sense next time. All it takes is patience and the push of a button to call someone from the box and have them open the gate from you. Patience...
Also...my AC has broken down 3 times over the course of 10 months. Maintenance always came out the next day to fix it, but it never stayed fixed. It kept messing up over and over again.
I definitely think that the rent could be better for the age of these apartment. They are pretty old and decrepit. Definitely need some renovations if you are going to charge over $600 for an apartment.
Overall, it could always be better. But that's not the point. I like things simple, noise does not bother me. I am an easy-going guy. But I do like living here. It's not that bad, honestly. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

If it's not that bad then why do you rate it a 2? I lived there and it's a - 20. The district manager is harrasing. I wrote a bad review and the district manager said the review made her lose businees and she was going to sue me beacue of it. That was 4 months ago and haven't heard anything from their lawyer yet. The harras you to try and get you to take down bad reviews and to improve their ratings they make up fake reviews.

That's true, I can definitely agree that they post fake reviews.
The only way I would rate something a 5 out of 5 is if it was completely perfect to live somewhere. And we all know such a place does not exist.
I don't really ask for much. Just an apartment that stays clean, something to do around the area, and safety. That's all I really need.
