Could Have Been a Nice Place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
We moved into a 2BR unit at the end of September, 2003, due to a relocation. The office staff was very accomodating, especially when we had to push back our move-in date due to a problem with the selling of our house.
The apartment layout is nice. It was meticuously clean, even down to having brand new carpeting.
The rental price of $55 for a garage is a real bargain compared to other apartment communities. We may have to get a second garage for the other car.
We have not experienced any problems with noise. There is an on-site officer available to handle any such complaints. However, it helps to realize that any apartment complex, especially one located near a University, tends to be comprised of lots of students.
Maybe the next time there?s a big, loud party, they?ll ask us to join them ...
Update:
Well, after a period of time, it has started to get annoying because everything keeps breaking (towel rack keeps falling off the wall, dishwasher is leaning in on an angle, knobs to the drawers falling off). Beer bottles and broken glass around the parked cars. Our house will be ready quicker than originally planned, so now they are making us pay the rent until the lease is up. Beware of a clause in the lease that states that you will be charged for one month's rent if you give a proper 60-day notice before terminating your lease.
