We moved to Berkeley Place in July and found the place to be a total nightmare. The knuckleheads upstairs apparently were budding club DJs as the stereo was on from 7:00 a.m. until midnight. (Don't these people have jobs) Complained to the office and they were less than helpful. (nice comment from the other person who posted about the car stereos and laying rubber in the parking lot....these chumps remind me of Todd from Beavis and Butthead)

The paint makes a latex condom look bulky by comparison.

Why bother with windows' The East German surplus rejects barely stop the wind from coming into the place. If you like $100 heating bills for a 2 bedroom place be my guest.

Needless to say I'm counting the days until our house is ready in January.

The final kick in the nuggets came when I was assessed a $35 Lease Termination Fee. (no, I wasn't ending the lease early)
