I have recently relocated to the Charlotte area and this has been a huge transition for me. The staff has been nothing but helpful since the day I toured the community. They were very interested in what I was looking for and were very sincere with my concerns. As far as safety is concerned, the university area as a hole has a higher crime rate than other areas. If you do research and read some of the other reviews from other communities its the same deal. It is apartment living so you dont have the same privacy as you would if you owned a home. Thats just something you have to accept when you make the decision to rent a APARTMENT. I have been nothing but satisfied with my experience.
