This community is supposed to be a relatively new consturction. with such poor quality, had it been my own house, I will be fighting with the builder.
There is so much condensation inside the window (glass & wood trim), it is a small pool - not just mist. When you slide the windows up and down, the paint & sealant just peel off. I have never seen anything like it. Try wiping the wall with a wet tissue - the paint peels off. I am really worried if I will get my deposit back when I leave.
The thing about pets "going 2 bathroom" throughout the community - sad, but TRUE. May be I will stop being a nice guy and let my dog do the do and not pick up at all :-)
Honestly, there is plenty of choice - right around this community.
