me and my fiance have lived in berkley place for almost 2 years. In that time we have had her car bbroekn into and both garages broken into. Managemtn did nothing about it. A few monthes later on of our neighbors had his car taking from the parking lot. and there has also been numerous window breaking. Maintance still hasnt fixed our roof and we now believe that there might be mold from the rain coming in. The hot tub ahsnt worked in almost 6 monthes if not longer. how u going to let another apartment complex take your heat pump. oh wait if your wife works over there its okay. i would nto recommnd this place to stay long maybe a month or two wehile u look for someone else. And the guy up at the office is a toatl tool bag.

I heard from a friend of mine, who is a manager of another apartment complex across from here at Berkeley, that if MOLD is involved it's a whole other deal. Mold is dangerous to your health, and you should probably contact Sentinel Corp. (the people who own this place). If they're not going to do anything about it and you gave them a chance, then HEY...take action, dude.
