I have lived here for over three years, but have been searching for home to purchase since the payment is pretty close. At one time the apartments were nice, but now I feel like management does not take care of the property. I have never seen people liter more than here. It's just plain nasty. My air conditioner have leaked all over my carpet twice causing it to tear and stain. Both times all they did was vacuum the water up...no cleaning. The last time it happened I let them know they needed to replace the carpet. They agreed, but never have. I can just about bet that there's mold under there. the windows all have a draft, and mold. I have also had a leak under the sink for over 6 months. They did come out to change the broken sprayer at the sink, but don't think they even looked underneath. Oh yeah, I live on the bottom floor so everything that is dropped outside on the balcony falls onto my porch. I can't keep it clean, cigarettes everywhere. They do not change the filters...ever! About three years ago I would recommend to someone, but NOT now.
