I moved into Berkeley Place in May of 2004......It seemed like a nice plae to live for the most part...............When I first moved in, my rent was 639, now my rent is 805(for the same apartment)............Rent was significantly increased after the installation of the pointless gate that probably works 4 days each month............. The staf are very unpleasant and at times rude............ Had to break my lease because I was offered a better job in another state and that when they showed there true colors............. Maintenace is pointless.............. The computer room is rarely available............. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! You will regret it

we have a new site mgr...she is terrible...she wants to turn this great community into a ghetto...beware before you move here..she does not enforce rules...she lets anyone move in without a background check...beware...you have been warned..
