I am actually surprised of all these negative comments! When I was moving here (August 2008), I was hesitant (because of all the reviews), but now after more than six months of living here, I should confess that it is a perfect complex. I had lived in several other complexes before and this is really much better in terms of quality. The apartments are new, the whole complex is very safe and peaceful (no thefts that I have heard of so far), and very friendly staff. The manager and staff are really caring about the residents and the maintenance people take care of the requests immediately. I still don't understand the reason behind some of this negative feedback!

We have lived here since May of 2008 and other than the occasional lack of parking, like it here. The staff are very nice, maintenance is prompt and property is well maintained. We have been pleased that even thought this close to UNCC, there seems to be well screened residence and the rowdy parties just don't happen here. All residence were notified with a letter on their door of an incident a while back. Since then I have noticed a security company on patrol here in the evenings. I can not imagine what more someone could look for in an apartment than is provided here. I can not find anything negative to say about living here. In response to the rising rent complaints, it may be that the person or people did not check other area properties that are as much or more to rent.
