When I first moved in I was told that there were never any problems with this neighborhood. But since ive been here ive had sooo many problems with these apartments. From maintenance to my car being broken into(not to mention the several other cars that were broken into)-Berkshire has not tried to help or fix anything--they just deny ever telling me I would be safe here. I cant even go for a walk at certain times of the day due to the scary individuals that are ALLOWED to loiter anytime and anywhere they choose. My cat that was pregnant has been stolen. The office told me that there is no way that I can get out of my lease. Times got rough and i accidently bounced a check, i immediatley brought the money in and they basically scolded me like I was a child and threatened to evict me. They have treated me like trash EVER SINCE and I have done nothing else wrong. PLEASE MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
