The maintenance crew is nice, but avoid the office staff.

The grounds are very clean and seem to be well-maintained. I find it to be relatively quite. I find the manager/supervisor to be very pleasant, the other two office staff members are very haughty and patronizing. I've lived here for almost a year and as long as I don't have to deal with either of those two then I'm just fine. The maintenance staff is very friendly.
The appliances in my apartment were very old and the counters were scratched up. The kitchen floor had stains. They manage not to show you the apartment that you are moving into. But all in all, it's fairly decent--as apartments go. When something broke, then the manager sent someone to fix it the next day.

Your absolutely correct. The other office staff are total pricks but Amy the manager, and the maintenance staff are nice and fine.
